Stefanie Spiece was raised in Orem, Utah where she attended her first ballet class at the age of 20. Stefanie graduated from Utah Valley University (UVU) with a BFA in Ballet before moving to New York City to begin her professional dance career with BHdos. Stefanie's performance experience includes BHdos, FJK Dance, Calpulli Mexican Dance Company, Born Dancing Inc., Repertory Ballet Ensemble, and guest artist appearances with Utah Metropolitan Ballet. With her diverse dance background, she has had the opportunity to tour around the world, including the White House for President Barack Obama. Stefanie's late start in dance has been featured in articles and videos published by Dance Spirit and Pointe Magazine. In 2021, Stefanie returned to UVU as a faculty member teaching the ballet classes through which she first discovered her passion for dance. Stefanie also spent two years teaching all ages at Ballet West Academy in Utah. Stefanie's love for dance and her students continues to grow each year. Stefanie is so excited to be teaching at Ballet Hispánico's School of Dance!
